This new build apartment scheme for Torus Homes will bring disused and derelict land back into use in Liverpool city centre's Baltic Triangle.

Situated on a plot of land on St James’ Street, adjacent to our Baltic View project, the Vaults scheme will reinvigorate the area that historically housed residential properties until the mid-20th Century.

In order to create much needed affordable homes for people in the city, our construction arm is working with Torus to build 62 one and two-bedroom apartments for Rent to Buy and sale, as well as 10 associated retail units.

The contemporary development is an important step in providing people with the opportunity to live in locations which may otherwise be unattainable. Furthermore, the project will see us continue our commitment to creating jobs and using a local supply chain: more than 150 will be employed on this project, both by Crossfield Group and our supply chain.
