This project comprises the new build construction of a student accommodation scheme and residential unit in a tight Liverpool City Centre location including basement car park.

The critical factor on this scheme is our logistics strategy due to its highly congested location. We are timing deliveries in conjunction with nearby businesses and retailers, and ensuring minimal disruption to the roads surrounding the site location. As part of our works we are constructing a new temporary access route for the student accommodation to ensure safe uninterrupted access for students in newly built accommodation and putting additional signage up for local business during road closure periods to assist them with advertisement and maintain strong relationship with both.
Due to the complex nature of the basement car park and its effect on surrounding buildings, early engagement with the design team and our specialist supply chain members has ensured that the most cost effective and least disruptive solution has been formed to enable the successful delivery of the project.
