Full refurbishment of the hospital patients’ kitchen with all works carried out in a full operational environment.
The 26-week project was carried out across two phases in a live hospital environment, as well as adjacent to an operational patient kitchen. For this reason, infection control was vital and works carried out had to be completely sterile.
The scheme included a full decant of staff whilst each phase was carried out. Much of this work was executed over night and our extensive logistics strategy was absolutely critical in ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption to daily operations.
