Railway Arches

The £4.5m Railway Arches development forms part of Wigan Council’s direct delivery affordable housing programme.

The residential project commenced in Summer 2021 and will see the construction of 40 apartments at the former Railway Arches car park off Queen Street in Leigh Town Centre.

The four-storey building has been designed by AFL Architects and will feature residents’ parking, cycle storage and refuse facilities.

Crossfield Living are working closely with Wigan Council to deliver added value across the borough, focussing on areas such as local employment, opportunities for NEETs and health and wellbeing in order to benefit the community.
