Crossfield Living are today celebrating being awarded a place on four of the lots on the new £750m Innovation Chain North framework.

Great Places Housing Group has placed social value at the heart of the new framework of Contractors and Consultants as the successful organisations on the new four-year scheme are announced.

The framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ very ambitious development programme but also those of other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.

Crossfield Living are delighted to have been awarded a place on the four lots applied for: High Value -West; Low Value – Manchester and Merseyside; Lancashire and Cumbria; Cheshire, Derbyshire West and Staffordshire. The four year framework selected contractors based on technical competence, price and commitment to social value.
