Works have officially begun on a new 47 apartment scheme in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool City Centre.

Representatives from Crossfield Construction and Living Brick Limited officially broke ground at the site on Lydia Ann Street this week as groundworks commenced.

‘The Chavasse Building’ will see the construction of boutique living spaces, a residents gymnasium, and a Japanese inspired ‘Zen’ rooftop garden. It is anticipated to take 52 weeks to complete the works.

Kev Doran, Director at Living Brick Ltd, along with Crossfield representatives John Paul Cassidy and Mike Macaulay attended site to formally mark the start on site.
