Our Developments arm, Crossfield Exclusive Developments were thrilled to walk away winner in the ‘Property Residential Deal of the Year’ category at this year’s Insider Liverpool City Region Awards.

This was awarded for our acquisition of the Baltic House project in late 2018. Judges recognised the risks taken on purchasing the notoriously negative site in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, and our ambition to breath a new lease of life into it contributing to the overall regeneration of the area.

Liam Kelly, chair of the Baltic Triangle area company, commented at the time our planning consent was confirmed: “We are really pleased to see the stalled development site back on track. It’s been a painful daily reminder of failed developments over the past few years.
“It’s really encouraging to see the site now being developed by Crossfield Group, who share in the area’s vision and have engaged with the stakeholders right from the start.
“This is an example of how the area can retain its identity and continue to see positive growth over the coming years, with everyone working together.”

Commenting on the award win, Managing Director of Crossfield Group David Cain said: We are delighted to have won the award for ‘Residential Property Deal of the Year’. It is the reward of a lot of hard work by many different people and I’m really pleased that the efforts of everyone have been rightly recognised within the region. We were against tough competition from some of the biggest and well-known developers around, so this again made it extra special for us to walk away as winners.”

The Baltic View project will see the new build of 130 one, two and three bed apartments with completion due in Summer 2020. To register an interest in the new homes please visit www.balticview.co.uk
